Quotes and estimates - A quote is a commitment to supply/manufacture equipment at a estimate price. An accurate quote requires accurate information. If you are ready to order, please ask for a quotation. An estimate is an educated guess about the cost to produce something. Estimates are helpful in determining a budget, or keeping a project on budget. If you are developing your project, ask for an estimate.

Approvals - You will be asked to approve your project at various stages. Please look carefully at these approvals before you sign off.Lead Time - Short lead time increases the likelihood of errors, and reduces options when errors occur. Short lead times also lead to higher costs. Even when time really is short, there is usually enough time to do the job right, if we all keep the information flowing. Errors - As much as we try to avoid them, mistakes happen. The first priority is to correct them without blame. When a mistake is ours, we take responsibility.

Payment - Our standard payment terms are deposit upon confirmation full payment prior to the completion of event. We offer terms to preferred customers. Large projects are often paid on project milestones. Copyright - All of the product images in our website are copyrighted. Please don't ask others to build them. Likewise, please don't ask us to quote or build designs which you do not own. Warranty - We stand behind our work. If we can't... we won't do it.

Environmental Policy - we try to ensure we leave a bigger impression on you rather than the planet we live on. Reduce, re-use & recycle... we're always on the lookout for latest alternative technologies & ways to produce spectacular events whilst maintaining a balance.

Here at 247 we constantly strive to develop new ways of improving our green program for 2009 . It's important to consider many elements when planning an event. Here's a couple of points to consider,

• Ensure your venue has a green policy;
• Ensure your venue uses 100% accredited Green Power;
• Ensure your venue is near public transport;
• Ensure your venue has easy access for all types of people;
• Ensure your venue adheres to the catering requirements listed above if catering is handled in-house;
• Ensure your venue uses as much natural resource as possible. This includes natural light, water recycling and catchment and the use of fresh air;
• Take into account the Green Star (accreditation based on construction criteria and running requirements of the building) rating of the venue and what procedures are in place to improve the rating. Currently 6 Star is the highest;
• Ensure your venue has air-conditioning that can be controlled in each room and activity and reduce the use of this during ‘down times’;
• Accurately plan your event taking into consideration expected numbers, length of days and number of rooms to ensure best fit and minimal use of additional venues or unnecessarily extending the length of the event;
• Ensure your management team works with the venue in reducing power and air-conditioning use when not required;
• Ensure your venue has waste reduction procedures as per the waste section above. There is a lot of waste management in venues that we event mangers don’t see and therefore don’t address.
